Request Process:
1. After receiving your Request. In 2 - 3 Days I will reach out to you, and discuss pricing.
2. Once a Price Point has been agreed upon, I will send out a PayPal Invoice for the Full/Installment payment.
3. I will send you Updates Via Video to show you the movement of the Model.
4. Once complete and Full Payment has been made. I will send over the completed Model.If you have Discord, we can do Regular Meetups to talk about the progress or changes during the process - or even Rigging Sessions that you can watch alongside.

1. COMMUNICATIONS
1.1 Please ensure all communications are open to me to contact you or Live2D Artist, including and not limited to Email, Twitter, Discord and/or similar platforms.
1.2 All communications must be done in English.
1.3 Antisocial Behaviour is NOT Acceptable, Action will be taken if this was to occur during any stage of the process - Both Legal & Non-Legal.
1.4 The Client is responsible to keep me informed if there are any delays, Disruptions or similar with Payments/Meetings/Revision Responses.2. PAYMENT
2.1 All/Any Payments will be done Via Paypal Invoicing.
2.2 Payments are to be made in GBP (£)
2.3 Client is Fully Responsible for any Fees and Currency Exchanges that occur.
2.4 Once Payment is made, you have 48Hrs to Cancel your Order. After 48Hrs your Order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
2.5 Chargebacks are NOT Permitted.
2.6 If you have a dispute with payment, please kindly contact us directly first before placing a dispute via Paypal. As we will have a faster response time externally from the PayPal Resolution Centre.
2.7 Your Model Request Price will expire after 48Hrs due to possible rate increases, etc.3. OWNERSHIP & COMMERICAL RIGHTS
3.1 The Ownership of the Artwork for the Live2D Model will be retained by the Artist, however, Animation work done during the Rigging process falls under the ownership of RED RIGGING.
3.2 You're not allowed to Rent, Sell Copies of your Model, or outright Sell the Model without our or/and the Artists Involvement.
3.3 To obtain 100% Ownership & Commerical rights of the Rigging for your Live2D Model, please reach out to us for further discussion.4. REQUESTS
4.1 Sending a Request doesn't guarantee you a slot and you will be contacted if you're successful.
4.2 Your Request may be rejected if the .PSD file or Quality of the Live2D doesn't meet the work standards for the Rigging Process. (eg. Lack of Layers, incorrect cutting, etc).
4.3 Please ensure all information submitted is correct and up to date, incorrect information may cause delays.5. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
5.1 You must give us a 24Hr Notice to amend any Adjustments.
5.2 If you notice a mistake or error with your Model, you must let us know ASAP so we can fix it for you.6. DELIVERY
6.1 Please note that our Delivery dates to give you the Fully working Model will vary from Model to Model.
6.2 Priority & Rush Orders are ONLY for any Order that falls under the "Privacy Fee" Service - Unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Priority & Rush Orders are limited and aren't always Available.
6.4 If you have a Deadline, the earliest we can Delivery is 3 Months due to Other Commitments
6.5 During Holidays & Busy parts of the Year, Delays may occur.7. MISC.
7.1 You must Credit us for your Rigging, which must have a link to lead people to our Social or Website.
7.2 Informal Talk/Conversation is Welcomed! However, Legal/Important topics must be under Formal Talks.
7.3 If you need help Setting up your Stream, Live2D Model, Debut, etc. Please reach out to me! I want to make sure you're up and running with very little problems as possible!
